Issue: Old cooling tower with chronic performance and maintenance issues. Costly and unpredictable repairs.
Solution: Removal of old tower and the “field erected” installation of one (1) 2000 Ton Cooling Tower. This replacement tower was broken down into 4 foot sections and reconstructed on the rooftop.
Benefit: With the elimination of emergency service, repair and parts, and the new system’s design for higher efficiency, operating cost decreased 24% on average. Customers, staff, tenants and guest all enjoy optimal indoor air quality and consistent temperature throughout this skyscraper.

Description: Regional shopping mall, 1.26M sq. /ft., 2 floors. Anchored by Macy’s, Macy’s Men & Furniture Gallery, Sears, JC Penny, Belk, and 200+ specialty shops.
Issue: Built in 1985, its manual HVAC System was in constant repair, repair and parts cost rising. Mounting tenant and shopper complaints about lack of consistent indoor temperature inconsistency.
Solution: Design/Build; Removal and installation of three (3) 100 Ton Roof HVAC Units, with HVAC Controls.

Project Scope: Customer operation cost were high due to old inefficient HVAC equipment, high water usage. Poor air quality throughout the facility inducing high levels of mold and odor.
Solution: Replaced, all lavatories and toilets. Complete HVAC replacement. Design and installed Air Recovery System.
