Position: Commercial HVAC Technician, Georgia

Location: Atlanta

Employee Type” Full-Time

Manages Others: Yes

Required Travel: 75% including overnight.

Required Education: High School diploma, Graduation from trade school for HVAC + possess CFC certification, NATA, 10+ years of commercial HVAC System experience with 5 business references.

Critical Task and Responsibilities:

Technician must be able to troubleshoot, repair and service all types of common, industry standard, commercial HVAC equipment including, but not limited to the following: Large Air Handlers, Split Systems – up to 50 tons, Package units 2-100 tons, Built-up systems up to 200 tons VAV systems, single and dual duct, Pneumatic controls, Pumps, Hot water boilers up to 2 MBTU, and DDC controls. Technician must be able to analyze and perform necessary repairs/maintenance related to controls, mechanical failures, motors, drives, manufacturer’s preventative maintenance, air balancing, brazing, refrigerant handling, etc., able to operate related measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments.  Must have the ability to multi-task, be organized, attention to detail, dependable, own hand tools, and be a team player.

Additional responsibilities and expectations

 

  • Performing timely and quality repairs necessary in resolving customer issues.
  • Uses industry specific tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products.
  • Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through efficient/timely customer resolution.
  • Maintain the highest level of service standards and have open communication with Senior Leadership.
  • Recognize and act upon every opportunity to drive savings and value to the customer experience.
  • Maintain ATRService truck stock inventory and maintenance schedules are within the company guideline, (i.e. wash truck weekly, oil changes etc.) and insure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Basic Minimum Education & Skills Required

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license per company policy.
  • 10+ years of commercial HVAC System experience with 5 business references.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen/background check.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA

Employee Type” Full-Time

Required Travel: N/A

Required Education: Some college preferred. Five (5) years previous customer service and/or support service a must. HVAC experience not necessary

Critical Tasks and Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering incoming ATRS Maintenance and Customer Service inquiries. The Customer Service Representative is also responsible for projecting a professional company image through all phone interactions by providing prompt and courteous service all while providing accurate information through a first touch call resolution approach. Following all calls answered, the CSR accurately documents communication by notating the appropriate Customer Database record(s).

  • Provides excellent customer service to all customers and responds to inquiries and requests from all customers and the general public in a timely manner through first call resolution at all times if possible.
  • Answers incoming calls and identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues using information provided by the ATRS Customer Database records, other resources on the computer system, and relevant and available documentation.
  • Documents all completed tasks in the appropriate client files in computer system.
  • Successfully navigates proprietary Oracle-based software system to verify customer status and then updates/notates the database with details of current interaction and completes call logs.
  • Completes all ATRS Emergency Maintenance Service (ATRS-EMS) logs as required, and follows up with each customer within 48 hours, for complete service evaluation and satisfaction reporting, ATRS Customer Promoter Score (ATRS-CMS).
  • Identifies documents and alerts team lead of trends in customer calls and recommends process improvements and measures to increase operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Successfully expedites any critical or emergency issues to team lead and/or manager of appropriate area for follow up and resolution.

 

Basic Minimum Education & Skills Required

  • Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework preferred; Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, communications or related field a plus.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a call center customer service environment responding to phone / written requests for customer assistance.
  • Must be able to work in a deadline-focused and pressure-driven environment.
  • Must be able to become proficient with proprietary database operations (Oracle-based applications, etc.) and possess sound familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.
  • Effective listening and decision making skills to provide caller with effective resolution of problem or issue.
  • Able to work in a team environment to efficiently resolve customers’ issues.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

Position: Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer

Location: Chicago, Detroit, or Cleveland Area

Employee Type” Full-Time

Manages Others: Yes

Required Travel: 75% including overnight.

Required Education: B.S. Mechanical Engineering Certifications:
Professional Engineering licensure is required. Must be willing to acquire additional license in applicable states

Critical Task and Responsibilities

  • The lead Mechanical Engineer must mentor designer level staff on all of their responsibilities.
  • Perform at a responsible charge level of meeting our design and quality levels.
    QA/QC reviews of all calculations by designers and provide guidance and mentoring.
  • Determine content of drawings and specifications for designers in order to meet the scope of work.
  • Write new HVAC specifications sections; develop new details, as required for project needs.
  • Direct Designers on a daily basis if required for project delivery.
  • Review Designer’s quality on RFI answers, and submittal reviews.
  • Travel to project site to review progress of work, successfully solve problems within time and budget.
  • Develop and monitor HVAC work plans in conjunction with the PM.
  • Write sequences of operations for AHUs, CHW, and HW systems.
  • Understand and apply concepts of CHW, HW, WSHP, variable and constant flow systems.
  • Review code related items with Designers, write interpretations for the design team, and ensure compliance.
  • Manage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours.
  • Perform life cycle cost analyses and energy/cost calculations for HVAC systems.
  • Perform front-end loading of HVAC systems for projects. •Evaluate Value Engineering (cost cutting) items with respect to our risk.

Basic Minimum Education & Skills Required

  • Education: B.S. in the field of Mechanical Engineering Certifications:
    Professional Engineering licensure is required.
  • This is a position that requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years of previous experience High-rise Buildings, Warehouse/Distribution, Hospitality and Hospital.
  • Experience with design of cGMP HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and laboratory HVAC, process piping desired.
  • Must have solid written and verbal communication skills along with strong problem solving, work planning, organizational, and mathematical abilities are required.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Windows based computer programs is also required.
  • EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE, List of business references (5) in the last 6 months.

Position: Energy Optimization Analyst Food Service

Location: Atlanta, GA

Employee Type” Full-Time

Required Travel: 70% including overnight.

Required Education: College Graduate, Certified Training within the industry

 

Critical Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Provide main expertise in energy controlling to Food Retail customer
  • Responsible for collecting and interpreting energy data from supermarket refrigeration, HVAC and lighting systems
  • Utilize and refine existing processes to help customers maintain optimal energy consumption in their facilities.
  • Setup new meters, capture relevant & accurate customer data, track Energy Services projects to ensure success.
  • Provide technical support for energy meters and controllers, critical site alarms, general refrigeration support for customer (plus internal team), and password related issues.
  • Responsible for making efficiency improvements to existing processes, as well as customer quality satisfaction for existing accounts.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service and building long term customer relationships based on our value delivery.

Basic Minimum Education & Skills Required

  • Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Refrigeration and HVAC industry is required
  • College Graduate, with certified training in HVAC and Refrigeration Systems
  • Must have an experienced understanding of control systems, preferably refrigeration controls and energy management.
  • Excellent customer service skills, communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to deliver results in a team setting
  • List of business references (5) in the last 6 months
