MSES has open positions for the following:


Position: HVAC Project Manager

Location: Atlanta with opportunity for working remotely

Required Travel: 50% including overnight.

Required Education:  High school diploma with minimum 3 years construction industry experience with 4 professional references in the construction / HVAC field.

 Task and Responsibilities:

Project Manager candidate must be able to survey existing customer locations, diagnose what needs the customer has to provide them with a plan to repair and upgrade their facility to provide them with the best possible solution to meet their needs. Candidate will be required to do plan and spec take offs on projects as well as prepare proposals and estimates for these opportunities.

Additional responsibilities and expectations

  • Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through efficient/timely customer resolution.
  • Maintain the highest level of service standards and have open communication with Senior Leadership.
  • Recognize and act upon every opportunity to drive savings and value to the customer experience.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

 

Position: Commercial HVAC Technician

Location: Varies

Required Travel: 85% including overnight.

Required Education: High School diploma, Graduation from trade school for HVAC + possess CFC certification, NATA, 10+ years of commercial HVAC System experience with 5 business references.

Critical Task and Responsibilities:

Technician must be able to troubleshoot, repair and service all types of common, industry standard, commercial HVAC equipment including, but not limited to the following: Large Air Handlers, Split Systems – up to 50 tons, Package units 2-100 tons, Built-up systems up to 200 tons VAV systems, single and dual duct, Pneumatic controls, Pumps, Hot water boilers up to 2 MBTU, and DDC controls. Technician must be able to analyze and perform necessary repairs/maintenance related to controls, mechanical failures, motors, drives, manufacturer’s preventative maintenance, air balancing, brazing, refrigerant handling, etc., able to operate related measuring, diagnostic and testing instruments.  Must have the ability to multi-task, be organized, attention to detail, dependable, own hand tools, and be a team player.

Additional responsibilities and expectations

  • Performing timely and quality repairs necessary in resolving customer issues.
  • Uses industry specific tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products.
  • Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction through efficient/timely customer resolution.
  • Maintain the highest level of service standards and have open communication with Senior Leadership.
  • Recognize and act upon every opportunity to drive savings and value to the customer experience.
  • Maintain MSES truck stock inventory and maintenance schedules are within the company guideline, (i.e. wash truck weekly, oil changes etc.) and insure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

Basic Minimum Education & Skills Required

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid state driver’s license per company policy.
  • 10+ years of commercial HVAC System experience with 5 business references.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen/background check.
